Office hours are M-F 8AM-6PM After hours releases are available for an $80.00 fee on top of the charges owed for the your vehicle. Vehicles are released to the registered owner only. You must have a release (if necessary) a copy of the registration and a valid I.D. Forms of payment are cash, Master Card, Visa or American Express

How storage is calculated.
 
On the day the vehicle is taken in storage, it must be here for 24 hours to constitute 1 day storage, After 24 hours in storage  and the next calendar day rolls over, the second day may be applied and  at 1200am midnight each day following another day will be applied. Vehicles in storage for less than 24 hours will not incur a days storage.
 
After hours release subject to 80.00 charge to open facility for property or release of car
 
Title Search Fees
As a contractor of Oxnard Police Department, we agree to charge $25.00 title search charge after 3 business days.
We also agree that  the lien sale fee of $45.00 will be charged after 7 business days.

Vehicles and property are released to the Registered owner only with current registration and a drivers license or state issued ID
 
Only registered owners are allowed in the yard to see their vehicle or take pictures or property.
No lawyers or legal agents will be admitted into facility with out written authorization from the registered owner, including a copy of the registered owners driver license or accompanied by the registered owners themselves.
